The “Beppe and Nuccy Angiolini” Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to improve health and well-being through advances in basic and translational research on bone and joint pathophysiology with focus on inflammation, immunity and infectious or neoplastic diseases.
The “Beppe and Nuccy Angiolini” Foundation calls for application for two positions (post-doctoral fellow and PhD student) to conduct research projects in the general field of its mission at the Humanitas Clinical and Research Center, Rozzano, Milan, Italy (www.humanitas-research.org and www.humanitasricerca.org) and IRCCS - Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri, Milan, Italy (www.marionegri.it).
Candidates must have a PhD (for the post-doctoral fellowship) or a Master degree (for the PhD studentship), a high degree of motivation in academic research and a good ability to work independently. Skills in cellular and molecular biology, immunology, microbiology and protein biochemistry are required. The two Institutions offer a vibrant, lively environment and access to state of the art technology.
