Study grants and graduation prizes
The Mario Negri Alumni association supports potential research workers by
awarding annual study grants and graduation prizes as an incentive to new graduates.
The full texts of the theses submitted for the MNIAA 2001 graduation prizes, under the
heading "Experimental studies on anorexia, bulimia and other eating disorders", have been collected
on a compact disc which can be obtained from our secretary upon request.
Given the broad participation from candidates throughout Italy and the quality of scientific
content of the theses presented, they offer a broad panorama of how research of this type is
addressed at Italian universities and may provide a precious resource of great interest to
researchers, health workers, students and patients' associations.
