Aims
The Alumni Association is a not-for-profit organization, whose aims are:
- to foster the culture of scientific research
- to promote seminars, conferences, round table meetings, and social gatherings
- to award study grants for young scientists and technicians who want to specialize in the
biomedical sciences, working at the Mario Negri Institute centers or the Consortium in the south,
and subsequently abroad
- to award graduation prizes for topics with particular implications for public health
- to publish bulletins or newsletters to disseminate scientific information
- to develop and maintain scientific and cultural contacts between people who have spent all
or part of their scientific, technical or administrative career at one of the Mario Negri Institute
centers or the Consortium in the south.
