Surveillance Body

The Surveillance Body (OdV) is the entity responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics can be consulted within the document "Charter of Values and Code of Ethics," aiming to promote the mission of the Mario Negri Institute and a system of ethical values and behavioral rules to encourage morally correct conduct and compliance with current regulations by employees and third parties involved in the Institute's operations. While the Code of Ethics is adopted in relation to the provisions of the laws on administrative liability of legal entities for offenses (Legislative Decree 231/2001), the Charter of Values aims to define the principles to follow and behaviors to avoid.

The OdV operates autonomously and independently from all other bodies of the Institute.
To report behaviors that may violate the principles outlined in the Charter of Values and Code of Ethics to the Surveillance Body, one can write to odv@marionegri.it, ensuring the utmost confidentiality. Only OdV members have access to this mailbox.
